Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
After your 14-day trial, you can choose to subscribe to any plan. Your data is fully preserved. If you don't subscribe, your account is deactivated but data is retained for 30 days.
Both Starter (₹999/year) and Professional (₹1,499/year) include up to 25 employees in the base price. If your team grows beyond 25, each additional employee costs ₹99 per year — added to your next renewal. Example: 40 employees on Professional = ₹1,499 + (15 × ₹99) = ₹2,984/year.
No problem — simply add more employees at ₹99 per employee per year. There's no hard cap. We'll notify you when additional employees are added so you can confirm before billing. We never cut off your service without warning.
